Delivery Policy and Liability Statement
Delivery Scope
All deliveries of flooring or related products will be made directly to the specified location, with placement on the first floor inside the premises. This service is intended to provide convenient, in-house delivery for all standard orders.
Special Requirements and Site Conditions
Coastline reserves the right to assess and apply additional charges in circumstances where special requirements, site difficulties, or unforeseen obstacles are encountered during the delivery process. These may include, but are not limited to:
· Limited access to the property or delivery site
· Staircases, narrow hallways, or other structural obstacles
· Lack of parking or restrictions on vehicle access
· Requests for placement beyond the first floor or in non-standard locations
· Any other condition that requires additional time, labor, or equipment
All potential upcharges will be communicated to the customer as soon as they are identified. Delivery will proceed upon agreement regarding any additional fees.
Liability and Responsibility
Neither Coastline nor its delivery partners accept responsibility for any damage to property, product, or premises that may occur during the course of the delivery. Customers are encouraged to prepare their premises for delivery and to protect flooring, walls, fixtures, and other sensitive areas as appropriate.
Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and unobstructed access to the delivery site, particularly to the designated first floor area. Prior notification of any potential challenges or requirements is appreciated to facilitate a smooth delivery experience.
